Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic senior consultant to spearhead talent acquisition team engagements driven by Workday Recruiting and Onboarding Module. The ideal candidate will excel in guiding clients through Recruiting functionality, managing complex workshops, and integrating third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Management: Leading and Managing from Pre-Design to Hypercare Phases of the Implementation involving Estimation, Driving Design Workshop, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, etc.
  • Talent Acquisition: Drive Workday Recruiting ensuring successful implementation and alignment with client business requirements.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide Subject Matter Expertise to tailor to clients' business scenarios and needs as well as help Internal team for any critical/complex issues.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead and handle the Discussions involving Internal, External Stakeholders, 3rd Party Vendors, Legacy Systems.
  • Integration: Partner with the integration team to brainstorm and execute effective ways to integrate third-party applications with Workday.
  • Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing enhancement opportunities for existing and new engagements.
  • Team Development: Conduct peer reviews, manage, train, and groom junior consultants to build a high-performing team.
  • Release Features: Should have experience in working on WD Release features.
