Job Title: Workday Talent Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Talent Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work with customers during all phases of deployment as well as post-production to assist with defining requirements, complete development, and deploy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Workday solutions for talent management processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and leverage expertise to provide recommendations and develop solutions.
  • Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Coordinate with project teams to align development with customer design decisions.
  • Provide status updates to the customer, project team, and management on a regular basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Workday Certification in Talent.
  • Hands-on experience on Talent implementation or support.
  • Detailed understanding of Talent Management processes.
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Experience on gathering business requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, and implementing requirements under multiple deadlines.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant.

Work hours: 45 hours expected per week during normal business hours, with additional overtime as clients require.
