Job Title

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to analyze business requirements and develop solutions using the Workday system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday Security solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather business requirements and provide recommendations for Workday Security implementation.

Duties and Tasks:

  • Identify strategies and options for recommending approaches towards meeting customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with customer design decisions.
  • Provide regular status updates to customers, project teams, and management.
  • Mentor junior consultants and share product knowledge to grow our practice.

Requirements:

  • Active Workday Certification in Security.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Security implementation or support.
  • Strong understanding of security processes, particularly in the US context.
  • Excellent consulting and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Work Environment:

This role requires a remote work environment, with occasional travel to client sites. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

The successful candidate must be able to regularly stand, sit, and traverse an office environment. They should also be able to see, speak, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and other equipment.

Travel:

As required by clients.

Work Hours:

45 hours per week during normal business hours, with additional overtime as needed.
