Senior Workday Security Consultant

Description: We are seeking a skilled Workday Security Specialist to collaborate with clients in gathering requirements and configuring Workday security solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be knowledgeable about Workday updates and new features related to security and access control, and have excellent communication skills.\
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and configure Workday security solutions accordingly.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution for client requests and incidents related to security and access control.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and new features related to security and access control and recommend enhancements to clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of security solutions.
• Provide training and support to clients on Workday security solutions as needed.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in Workday security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security features and functionality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
