We are seeking an experienced Workday expert to lead the design and implementation of solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Development: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance Management, Advanced Compensation, to design and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze their business requirements.
  • Advisory & Recommendations: Assess client needs and provide recommendations and alternative solutions to meet their goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Leverage strong proficiency in Workday technologies such as XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, Web Services, and other Integration technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Overall IT Experience: Minimum 7 years of overall IT experience.
  • Workday Experience: At least 5 years of dedicated experience in Workday solution design and development.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-centric approach.
