About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Workday expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the Workday platform across various modules.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions in Workday to meet project scope and business requirements
  • Implement and review solutions in Workday to ensure they meet client expectations
  • Maintain and enhance existing solutions in Workday Platform, including integration with other systems
  • Demonstrate and prototype leading solutions to stakeholders, including new customers
  • Provide technical guidance to junior team members and existing engagements
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective integration and utilization of Workday modules
  • Leverage business and technical acumen to execute a broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and drive strategies to align processes, people, technology, and underlying governance
  • Execute convergence of initiatives towards long-term strategic objectives by partnering with business and technical teams to deliver solutions for defined business architecture
  • Utilize strong working knowledge of Workday Studio, XSLT transformations, Document Transformations, Workday custom reports, and Workday Payroll Connectors to achieve client goals
  • Assist clients in designing, implementing, and supporting Workday Finance, Workday HCM, Workday Integration, Workday reporting, or Workday Adaptive
  • Effectively integrate Workday with clients' business environment to achieve expected business results
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday for multiple clients across geographies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Workday Studio, XSLT transformations, Document Transformations, Workday custom reports, and Workday Payroll Connectors
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday for multiple clients across geographies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities
