  • Workday core HR, Payroll knowledge is a must.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years experience in Workday Support is required.
  • Experience in Core HR, Payroll Business process of Workday is essential.
  • Good exposure to UK legislation and Payroll is expected.
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll, OM and PA Module would be beneficial.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the business to understand requirements and identify available business processes in Workday. Suggest suitable options based on this understanding.
  • Make necessary changes across the Workday Landscape (Dev to Prod Tenants).
  • Manage delivery expectations and provide timely responses in all engagements.
  • Serve as the go-to-person for service transition expertise in the region.
  • Manage third-party delivery in support of Service readiness activities and OAC compliance.
  • Support, manage and estimate change and/or support services.
  • Assess Functional Specs and provide an impact assessment.
  • Ensure and estimate the cost and effort involved in providing change and support.
  • Assist with the development of fit-for-purpose system enhancements and solutions in conjunction with UK-based support teams.
  • Manage incidents and problems through to resolution and apply UK-based processes for changes.
  • Adhere to appropriate processes and standards as defined by UK-based support team.

Key Skills:

  • Workday core HR, Payroll knowledge.
  • At least 4-5 years experience in Workday Support.
  • Experience in Core HR, Payroll Business process of Workday.
  • Good exposure to UK legislation and Payroll.
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll, OM and PA Module.
