Learning Consultant

As a Learning Consultant, you will work with customers to implement and support Workday Learning solutions. Your primary focus will be on defining requirements, completing development, and deploying solutions.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, test, and deploy Workday Learning solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to customers on Workday Learning best practices and features.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive experience with Workday Learning implementation and support.
  • Detailed knowledge of learning processes and pedagogy.
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, and implementing solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
  • Active Workday Certification in Learning.
