
Head of Learning Solutions

Your Role, Responsibilities and Objectives will include leading partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders to create integrated learning strategies from aligned business priorities.
- Develop and implement learning solutions that drive functional capability and skill development.
- Sense and synthesize learning needs from various sources or contexts to connect-the-dots aligning needs across CD/AQS/GCO.
- Lead and oversee a team delivering complex learning portfolios for matrix structures of key Development roles.
- Effectively build and sustain relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and impact measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Key qualifications and skills required for the role:
- Advanced degree in pharmaceutical sciences, biology or related discipline.
- 15+ years experience within pharmaceutical industry and Good Clinical Practices environment.
- 10+ years building and leading high-functioning learning and development teams.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
