Job Description:

The Instructional Designer will play a key role in developing high-impact learning solutions that support the organization's objectives and business needs. This includes designing and delivering training programs for critical R&D teams across regions, including the US, Europe, Intercontinental, and JAPAC.

The ID will be responsible for creating content outlines, design documents, storyboards, performance support tools, and eLearning modules that adhere to best practices and meet the highest standards.

This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work independently and take initiative is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience conducting training needs analysis to determine appropriate learning solutions.
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, etc.
  • Experience designing and implementing learning solutions related to compliance (e.g., Good Clinical Practice, Pharmacovigilance, inspection readiness) and clinical trial execution.
  • Knowledge of the clinical trial/drug development process or experience in a clinical trial-related role.
