**Job Description**:
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with HR processes and organizational needs.
- Lead the design and maintenance of organizational structures, job profiles, and business processes within Workday HCM, ensuring data integrity and streamlined HR operations.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports on workforce trends, turnover, talent management, and performance, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, conduct system testing, and ensure seamless integration between Workday HCM and other HR modules.
- Support and train HR teams and other stakeholders on Workday HCM functionality, enhancing system utilization and user adoption across the organization.
- Manage Workday HCM-related projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementations, and process improvements, ensuring project success and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, with proficiency in Workday
- Solid understanding of Workday architecture, including business process framework and data model.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Workday HCM certification(s) preferred
