Job Title: Chief Manager Wealth Management

To excel in this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored investment solutions based on clients' needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Provide Solutions: Leverage your expertise to create innovative investment strategies that cater to the diverse needs of our esteemed clients.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Foster long-lasting relationships with existing clients through regular communication, updates, and portfolio reviews.
  3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
  4. Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with the regional marketing team and product team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Must-Haves:

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  3. Analytical and Logical Ability: Analyze clients' financial requirements and provide logical and numerical-based solutions.
  4. Emotional Stability: Remain calm under pressure and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Minimum 7-12 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning & investment advisory.
  2. Requisite certifications will be an added advantage.
  3. Proven track record of AUM generation and exposure to various wealth instruments.

Location: Tiruppur or locations within commuting distance. Competitive salary range of ₹15 LPA to ₹25 LPA.
