Senior Investment Banking Strategist

This is a senior-level leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the investment banking and asset reconstruction business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory, with a strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Senior Investment Banking Strategist. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic business initiatives, applying knowledge of investment banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures, and providing regular reports on the status of ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic business initiatives.
  • Apply knowledge of investment banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in daily meetings with leadership to review developments and progress.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulators.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-10 years of professional experience in investment banking, asset reconstruction, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with leaders, boards, or senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
