Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. They will be responsible for handling service calls, fixing, maintaining, and supporting our machines on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle service calls and travel across cities or states as needed.
  • Fix, maintain, and support our machines on the ground.
  • Troubleshoot problems in the field and stick with a problem until the client is satisfied.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Clear communication skills and direct client interaction experience.
  • An engineering degree and relevant industry experience.
  • Comfort with frequent travel, sometimes on short notice.
