Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The primary point of contact for users facing issues with technology, software, or services is the Technical Support Specialist. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to provide end-to-end technical support resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve multiple customer support activities, including receiving incoming calls, chats, emails & tickets.
  • Interact with mobile phone carriers & other departments to resolve mobile service-related issues.
  • Maintain adherence to business rules & policies as outlined in joint operations documents.
  • E nsure SLA's and KRA's meet day to day, month to month.

Requirements:

  • French & English-speaking candidates required to support SaaS product (Mobility Practice).
  • Ability to quickly learn how to troubleshoot devices and step-by-step instructions.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve reported problems through various mediums (platform, emails, calls, chats) and responsible for request closure with specified SLA.
  • Collaborate closely with international telecom carriers/service providers to resolve requests and incidents raised by customers.
  • Technical Support experience highly valued.
