About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to manage business development opportunities with new clients and partner in pre-sales activities. This role will be responsible for delivery approach shaping and effort estimate, participating in the first lifecycle stages of large-scale enterprise clients, understanding and articulating the benefits of our products, conducting customized product demos, and working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in business development, sales, and consulting, with a strong understanding of digital banking solutions and their applications. You should be able to work effectively with C-level executives, build subject matter expertise across products, and develop teams to represent deep technical expertise in client pursuits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business development opportunities with new clients and partner in pre-sales activities (Request for Information support) and sales activities (Request for Proposal support)
  • Participate in first lifecycle stages of large-scale enterprise clients: be part of implementation team during Discovery phase responsible for requirements analysis, define technology roadmaps and solutions, provide detailed functional expertise, taking a leading role in the analysis and design of business processes
  • Understand and articulate the benefits of the products to educate enterprise clients on the value proposition of our products and solutions
  • Conduct customized product demos and on-site Proof of Concepts wherever required to assist clients validate technical requirements
  • Associate with Account managers and Business Development managers to pilot complex deal cycles with C-level executives
  • Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology, and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is up to ₹10 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications.
