Analytics Solutions Manager Job Description

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving solutions in Analytics. This is an opportunity to lead a team and deliver data insights, visualizations, and metrics dashboards.

About the Role

This role is responsible for leading a team of associates to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of database design and relational database principles, with prior experience in large-scale data warehouses.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners and Operations to develop requirements and implement new capabilities. They will also be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, building, testing, and producing high-quality data insights and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of associates to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Perform data mining, analytics, and problem-solving.
  • Analyze business requirements, design, build, and test to ensure delivery of high-quality data insights and visualizations.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Operations to develop requirements and implement new capabilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent combination of education and/or business experience.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in business system analysis or business application design and development roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of database design and relational database principles, with prior experience in large-scale data warehouses.
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Business Objects).
  • Agile methodologies or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
