**Job Description**

We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead our global business tax team. As a strategic tax leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax advisory services to clients across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored tax solutions that drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients on tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and other significant business transactions.
  • Developing and implementing tax strategies that minimize compliance risks and maximize tax efficiency.
  • Managing cross-functional teams to deliver tax services, including planning, compliance, and controversy resolution.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in tax consulting, with a focus on corporate taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of US federal income tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
