Team Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our US Healthcare Process team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who has experience in healthcare and wants to take on new challenges as a leader.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO and possess strong leadership skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a group of team members, monitor work and attendance, and ensure adherence to organization policy and legal requirements.
  • Coach team members to achieve high-performance delivery and identify performance-related issues.
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
  • Communicate expectations to employees, provide timely updates, and conduct team meetings.
  • Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures, and attend required manager development training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead team members, multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines of deliverables.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to team members.
