This means building upon our own L1 blockchain and backend technical structure for protocols and ecosystems, making digital infrastructure efficient, secure, and accessible. Our global products and tools are natively built for web 3.0.

Key responsibilities include:

You will lead as a technology expert, manage capable tech teams, prioritize tasks, and oversee product delivery, sprint optimization, and architecture development. You will be the owner of multiple products/tools and a team of 10+ members.

Location: Noida (Hybrid) / 5 days

What We Are Looking For
  • Drive technical design remodeling, refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create technical vision, detailed roadmaps, and drive critical design discussions
  • Lead technology & architectural decisions for teams' implementation and code reviews
  • Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking
  • Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality and security
  • Robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream
  • Relevant and progressive 10+ Years of experience with good projects in Blockchain products
  • Hands-on experience in Software Development using ReactJS and Node.js
  • Hands-on experience in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
  • Strong Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
  • Preferred: Designed, developed, and deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud
  • Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development
