About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Development Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and negotiate orders with existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BE / B-tech or Diploma in any stream (preferable in mechanical).
  • At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in the industrial equipment industry (preferable).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel Pan India for 10 to 15 days in a month.
