About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Sales Specialist to join our team. As a sales professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and advance your career.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their staffing needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Identify and onboard new healthcare/IT MSP clients, leveraging strategic sales techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client engagement and service delivery.
- Effectively communicate SIM's value proposition to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring revenue growth for the company.
- Provide reports and insights to senior management regarding sales performance and client acquisition strategies.
Key Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in English is mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and polished professional demeanor.
- Passion for sales and business development, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong professional presence are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience or internship in sales, recruitment, or client management is an advantage.
