As an IT Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and prospect sales opportunities, including company-provided sales leads and market research.
  • Maintain and build relationships with clients through regular communication, providing value-added services and support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for validating leads through our sales qualification process, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within assigned territories, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to drive sales performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Software, SaaS, IT Products, Cloud Computing, or Hosting Services.

- Strong understanding of cloud, data center, and system integration technologies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
