Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for key account expansion, focusing on transforming customers into valued business associates.
  • Establish strong connections with key accounts and lead with a collaborative approach.
  • Proactively identify and seize new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Conduct site visits to analyze customer needs and provide efficient solutions and technical support.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations & seminars, ensuring customers clearly understand the value of our solutions.
  • Plan and execute sales activities using our CRM system, ensuring high data accuracy, call quality, and productivity.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and potential opportunities in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective customer engagement.
  • Manage credit collections and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Foster collaboration across multiple departments (materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Essential Qualifications
  • Ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and a solution-selling mindset are required.
  • Prior sales or business development experience is beneficial.
  • Strong drive for results and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Strong business planning skills to maximize productivity and customer-facing time.
