Senior Category Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Category Associate Manager to join our team. As a Category Associate Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, monitoring brand performance, and improving customer experience and retention.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Growth: Develop, implement, manage, and report on strategies to enhance site metrics by increasing conversion rates, average order values, and other key performance indicators. Manage website content to align with seasonal promotions and overall marketing strategy.
- Brand Performance Optimization: Ensure margins align with overall guidance. Negotiate budgets, set goals, monitor, and report on performance. Plan and execute campaigns across various platforms and take corrective actions to stay on course.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Drive revenue growth through list segmentation, increased efficiency, and improved customer retention. Develop processes and procedures to drive customer satisfaction.
