Our Pricing Strategy Team is a group of skilled analysts who support our pricing managers and merchants in defining and optimizing the pricing strategies for various product categories across channels.

They leverage advanced analytics to forecast and measure the impact of pricing actions, develop strategic price zones, recommend price changes, and identify sales/margin opportunities to achieve company targets.

Job Summary:

The role involves developing strategic price tests, data-driven price change recommendations, and ad-hoc work supporting our strategic pricing efforts.

The successful candidate will assist senior pricing analysts and managers in developing, modeling, communicating, and tracking performance of new initiatives related to Pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide cluster-specific data analytics, including development and deployment of necessary dashboards, reporting, and insights.
  • Design and develop applicable statistical approaches/models for specific business problems (Price Testing, Price Change, Post-Mortem & Category review).
  • Collect, explore, structure, enrich, and clean large datasets from various internal and external sources.
  • Analyze competitor demographics & performance for pricing across key categories.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations synthesizing multiple data sets to effect a new decision related to Pricing.
