Job Title: Growth Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve conversion rates across various paid and organic channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven approaches, experimentation, and CRO principles. You will use data analysis tools like Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, MixPanel, and data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio to identify areas of improvement and design experiments to optimize website performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experimentation and Analysis: Design experiment hypotheses using both qualitative and quantitative sources, and analyze data to inform optimization decisions.
  • CRO Strategy Development: Develop and implement structured CRO strategies to improve conversion rates, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiment strategies.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting: Create high-quality reports and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and content, to plan and execute experiments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing teams, with a focus on conversation optimization and growth marketing efforts.
  • A/B Testing Experience: Experience in running and analyzing A/B, split, and multivariate tests end-to-end.
  • Conversion Copywriting: Strong understanding of conversion copywriting, user experience, and web design principles.
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in data and customer analytics principles and tools, including Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, MixPanel, and data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral/written communication and collaboration skills.
