As a seasoned Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing Meta ads campaigns across various platforms. Your key areas of focus will include planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive conversions, maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and continuously monitor performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling ad experiences, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and campaign assets. Additionally, you will track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for B2C or travel brands
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve strong ROAS
  • Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

Your expertise will enable you to plan, launch, and optimize high-performing Meta Ads campaigns, resulting in significant improvements in click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and overall ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Platforms
  2. Manage full-funnel performance marketing strategy, including audience targeting, A/B testing, creatives, copy, and landing pages
  3. Work cross-functionally with design, brand, and product teams to craft compelling ad experiences
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance and take action to improve CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS
  5. Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and dashboards
  6. Stay updated on the latest ad platform features, trends, and algorithm changes
  7. Run remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns to boost engagement and conversion
  8. Optimize campaigns for different goals: lead generation, website traffic, sales, brand awareness, etc.
