Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced performance marketing specialist to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and implement performance-based strategies using data-driven insights to optimize campaign results.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, execute, and monitor paid marketing campaigns on multiple platforms to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, creative, and product teams to develop impactful campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in performance marketing to ensure continued growth and success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience (3–5 years) in performance/digital marketing, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Budget Management: Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable results.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
