We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing specialist with a proven track record of driving high returns on investment through online advertising campaigns.

This role will involve developing, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns on social media platforms to drive performance and meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include analyzing campaign data to optimize for cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, click-through rate, and conversions; continuously refining targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets; conducting A/B testing on ad creatives, formats, and audiences to improve performance; overseeing and managing campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective advertising and maximize ROI; forecasting and adjusting budgets based on performance, ensuring optimal ad spend allocation.

Creative strategy and optimization is also a key part of this role, including collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging ad formats and optimizing creative assets for engagement, conversions, and campaign performance. Reporting and communication skills are essential for generating and presenting campaign reports with actionable insights and aligning with stakeholders on objectives, updates, and strategies.
