Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing a sales team: Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure they meet their sales targets and providing guidance on sales strategies and tactics.
  2. Developing sales strategies: Creating and implementing plans to drive sales growth, forecasting sales volumes, and evaluating performance.
  3. Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry personnel.
  4. Negotiating deals: Negotiating agreements and resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Ensuring compliance: Ensuring that sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  6. Analyzing the market: Collecting customer feedback and market research to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
  7. Responding to customer requests: Promptly responding to customer inquiries and requests.

  • A bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or a relevant field: A degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
