Contract Manager Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing contractual documents of large businesses and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. You will have multiple client interactions to provide regular updates and ensure timely awareness of contractual obligations. Additionally, you will need to work closely with senior leadership within the organization for regular updates and interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with global operating leaders of accounts to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Ensure that all contractual documents are accurately managed and up-to-date.
  • Interpret and clarify contractual clauses in conjunction with the legal team.
  • Develop trackers for commercial commitments as per contract and plan ahead to meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:

Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Commerce or Management. Additional qualifications in Chartered Accountancy or LLB would be advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Detailed orientation, organizational skills, and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and take ownership of projects.
