We are urgently looking for Business Development Head B2B for one of the Pharma Manufacturing industry at Vadodara location.
Job Description:-
Identify, target, and onboard new clients for pharmaceutical contract manufacturing services (both domestic and international markets).
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Build, manage, and mentor a dedicated business development team to achieve organizational goals.
- Work closely with internal departments (Production, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs) to ensure client needs and project timelines are met.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures in alignment with company objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand visibility and establish new leads.
- Monitor key business metrics and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
