- Customer Support: Assist with investor queries, ensuring timely and accurate support.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvements in investor management and operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelors with specialization in Finance: A degree in finance from a reputable college/university.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance/fintech operations, with exposure to investor management and KYC compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle investor relations effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
