Delivering Exceptional Service Management Solutions

The role involves leading the design, development and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain CMDB data standards to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.
  • Lead the design, development and maintenance of workflows and processes for CMDB.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CMDB team.
  • Perform regular audits and data quality checks to identify discrepancies.
  • Integrate the CMDB with other IT Service Management processes and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CMDB development and administration.
  • Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of database design, data modeling and governance principles.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
