Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Product Manager / Senior UI/UX Designer to lead product experience design from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing exceptional user experiences, aligning business goals with innovative product solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the product design lifecycle from research, wireframes, and prototypes to final high-fidelity designs.

- Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.

- Develop intuitive and aesthetically appealing UI/UX solutions that enhance customer engagement and conversion.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation.

- Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

- Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistent product :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 10+ years of professional experience in product management and UI/UX design.

- Proven portfolio of successful web and mobile product designs.

- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals for effective developer collaboration.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management Skills :

- Experience in eCommerce or SaaS product design.

- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) for data-driven design improvements.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
