Procurement Manager Role

As a Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in the successful execution of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee all procurement activities from initiation to completion.

Job Responsibilities
  • Project Procurement Implementation: You will work closely with project stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the project's overall objectives.
  • Procurement Monitoring and Control: You will ensure that all procurement activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Vendor Management: You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Cash Flow Management: You will work closely with the finance team to manage cash flow and ensure that all payments are made on time.
  • Reporting and Communication: You will prepare regular reports on procurement activities and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
