Job Title: Senior Executive/Executive /Asst Manager Procurement

Location: Ahmedabad

Industry: Cosmetics

Preference: Only Color Cosmetic Industry work experience will be preferred

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain professional to manage packaging & raw material procurement, vendor management, and NPD support for our growing cosmetics brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of primary, secondary & tertiary packaging materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors, design, and packaging teams for new SKUs & artwork approvals.
  • Liaise with third-party manufacturers (TPMs) for timely production & dispatches.
  • Source and procure raw materials, actives & ingredients as per production needs.
  • Maintain safety stock norms & ensure smooth replenishment.
  • Collaborate with supply chain planning for monthly procurement & inventory tracking.
  • Drive material readiness for new launches and promotional packs.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain (FMCG, Cosmetics, or Personal Care preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of packaging development & vendor management .
  • Proficiency in ERP/SAP & MS Excel .
  • Excellent negotiation, coordination & communication skills.
