We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Procurement Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT procurement, with experience in facilitating the approval of IT procurement projects, ensuring adherence to group procurement policies, and performing PR/invoice processing activities.

  • Assist in the facilitation of IT procurement projects from initiation to closure.
  • Ensure compliance with group procurement policies and procedures.
  • Perform PR/invoice processing activities for Group IT, including vendor management and coordination.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the processing work through defined SLA based operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Procurement or Invoice analyst or similar position within the Procure-to-Pay function, preferably in IT Procurement space.
  • Sound knowledge of IT industry procurements (e.g. hardware, software, services & telecom).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Working experience in vendor management.
  • Know-how of basic accounting practices and procurement/payment related tools and processes.
