This role is perfect for a graduate student who is passionate about people and financials.

As an intern in our Reward team, you will gain hands-on experience in global reward programs.

You will interact predominantly with the global Reward team and may join meetings that include the wider business.

  • Deliver individual projects, including presenting outcomes.
  • Conduct research and draft solutions on pay transparency and communication for review.
  • Support administrative delivery for projects or programs.
  • Follow through on agreements and expectations to stakeholders and the team.
About You:
  • Recently graduated or in your final year of studies.
  • Capacity to commit to a minimum of 4 days work schedule.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good commands both in written and spoken English are mandatory.
  • Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of information.
