This role is perfect for a graduate student who is passionate about people and financials.
As an intern in our Reward team, you will gain hands-on experience in global reward programs.
You will interact predominantly with the global Reward team and may join meetings that include the wider business.
- Deliver individual projects, including presenting outcomes.
- Conduct research and draft solutions on pay transparency and communication for review.
- Support administrative delivery for projects or programs.
- Follow through on agreements and expectations to stakeholders and the team.
- Recently graduated or in your final year of studies.
- Capacity to commit to a minimum of 4 days work schedule.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good commands both in written and spoken English are mandatory.
- Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Hands-on experience in global rewards projects.
- Exposure to HR tools and analytics.
- Collaboration with international teams.
