We seek a seasoned Expert to lead impactful projects and collaborate with professionals on global talent, reward and culture initiatives.
- Develop and execute global performance management, compensation planning, and employee rewards strategies.
- Drive cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and retention through strategic initiatives.
- Analyze complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions to inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation and performance management within a global organization.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to use good judgment, be discreet and highly trustworthy.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing global policies and systems.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and consultative skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies for employee rewards and recognition, leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and analyzing complex data to inform strategic decisions. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or a related field is required, along with minimum 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation and performance management within a global organization.
