
Senior Total Reward Innovation Specialist

The Total Reward Centre of Excellence is a vital part of our company's mission to put customers at the heart of everything we do.\/p>\
We are embarking on a new chapter where customer-centric total reward solutions will drive business performance and individual success.\/p>\
As a senior specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and leading our total reward priorities, delivering solutions that support both colleagues and business aspirations.\/p>\
You will help guide the business through change and risk management, ensuring that total reward practices are future-proofed, customer-centric, and drive increased business performance.\/p>\
- Leverage your expertise to lead total reward advice, guidance, and insight across the business unit(s).\/li>
- Develop customer-centric, data-led total reward solutions that deliver differentiated outcomes for specific business units and geographies.\/li>
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that enhance total reward effectiveness.\/li>
- Drive leadership and line manager understanding of total reward adoption and use.\/li>
Implement and embed total reward programmes across the business, enhancing total reward value as part of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP).\/p>
Bring external perspectives and best practice to increase the impact of total reward on organisational performance.\/p>
To succeed, you'll need:\
- Business partnering: Lead partnerships with leaders to translate business goals into total reward programmes.\/li>
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Analyse data, identify root causes, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.\/li>
- Change and project delivery: Facilitate smooth transition of total reward change to attract, reward, and retain colleagues.\/li>
- Storytelling with data/business insights: Build the case for total reward change using data and analytical insights.\/li>
- Communication: Communicate confidently and influence across total reward matters.\/li>
Innovation and excellence: Continuously build knowledge through internal and external learning exposure, influencing business total reward solutions.\/p>
Leadership accountabilities require:\
- Candidate champion: Ensure team understanding of customer needs and expectations.\/li>
- Change agent: Drive change programmes and act as a positive role-model during times of ambiguity.\/li>
- Collaborative partner: Build internal and external relationships to deliver business results.\/li>
- Commercial thinker: Develop and implement ideas that benefit the company.\/li>
Must have experience:\
- Total reward expert: At least 7 years' experience leading effective change across all elements of total reward.\/li>
- Deep technical total reward experience: Expertise developed across design to delivery in at least four reward specialist areas.\/li>
- Agile, trusted business partner: Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels within a global organisation.\/li>
- Governance and risk management experience: Significant experience managing pension, compensation, and benefit plans with accountability for risk management and reporting.\/li>
