Job Title: Strategic Operations Expert

Job Description:

A strategic operations expert is required to drive business growth through process improvement and technology enablement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze complex problems to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and elicit high-level requirements.
  • Capture business needs, identify problems, and propose solutions.
  • Work with business partners to understand technology solutions needed.
  • Promote architectural consistency and usability standards.
  • Define and execute test cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, finance, information systems, or similar field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferred.

Technical Skills: Experience with supporting and enhancing SAP S/4HANA preferred. Strong FICO skills preferred.
