Strategic Financial Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to play a critical role in driving deal pricing, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), variance analysis, and management reporting.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our finance team and contribute to the success of our organization. You will have exposure to complex deals and end-to-end finance operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deal Pricing & Commercial Modelling: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while protecting margins.
  • Partner with sales and business teams to design, review, and validate deal structures.
  • Support pricing governance processes and ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and compliant.
  • Conduct benchmarking and scenario modelling for strategic bids.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Consolidate financial data across business units and deliver forward-looking analysis.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight business trends.
  • Variance Analysis & Insights: Perform detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership on revenue, costs, and margins.
  • Recommend corrective actions and support performance improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Candidates should have a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in business finance.
  • Strong exposure to deal pricing, FP&A, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
