Job Role

The role of a senior associate in pricing involves evaluating deals for IT services, gathering input from multiple teams and transforming it into compelling deal commercials.

  • We prepare customer pricing presentation sheets, listing key deal commercial terms and conditions.
  • Our team ensures that deal commercials are aligned with appropriate risk protection against Forex, international taxation, global labor laws and more.
  • Deal contracts are reviewed, discussed with the internal team and participant negotiations take place.
  • We prepare deal profit and loss statements as per IFRS, deal cash flow and balance sheet.
  • Deal termination schedules are created.
  • Accounting treatments for cost items in the deal P&L are identified, ensuring alignment with accounting standards GAAP and IFRS.
  • Multiple internal teams are coordinated for cost inputs and deal solution discussions.
  • Commercial and contracting risks in deals are highlighted, suggesting mitigation approaches to leadership which are deployed.
  • Finance functions collaborate on reporting and accounting requirements.
  • Priorities are multitasked to meet organizational deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Development teams are interfaced and coordinated on system enhancements, ensuring strong internal controls.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
