Job Description:

We are seeking a Chief Technology Strategist to lead our technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

You will work across the stack, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence, and guide technical decision-making. Our ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in full-stack development, strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React, and experience with CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of full-stack applications
  • Architect scalable systems and ensure adherence to software development best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Drive adoption of CI/CD, microservices, and cloud-native practices
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews
  • Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Chief Technology Strategist, you should have:

  • 6+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms
