Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales professional with a deep understanding of the US IT Staffing landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of industry contacts, a proven ability to generate new business opportunities, and a hunter mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.
  • Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality IT contingent resources.
  • Negotiate and close contracts that benefit both clients and the company.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report regular progress to leadership.
  • Work closely with the delivery/recruiting team to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • A well-established network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts in the US.
  • In-depth knowledge of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes, and vendor engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality.
