Job Description

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth and development by overseeing the sales and marketing efforts of our organization.

This position is responsible for managing the dealer network, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to penetrate new markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.
  2. To develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  3. To identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  4. To build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, OEMs, and government contractors.
  5. To participate in government tenders and ensure timely completion of projects.
  6. To manage the dealer network, ensuring that all dealers are satisfied and productive.
  7. To analyze business potential and conceptualize effective strategies to drive sales and achieve desired targets.
  8. To monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter-market strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with SAP applications preferred.
