Job Title: Senior Healthcare Sales Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, India

**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our healthcare sales efforts in Ahmedabad. As a Senior Healthcare Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in this key region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals and medical institutions to drive patient referrals and increase adoption of our healthcare financing solutions.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve targets, improve field effectiveness, and foster professional development.
  3. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, and introducing innovative financing solutions.
  4. Enhance awareness and adoption of our platform among healthcare providers and patients through targeted marketing initiatives.
  5. Set and manage revenue goals, ensuring smooth operations and financial sustainability.

**Requirements & Experience:**

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the healthcare or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of team leadership and sales target achievement.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement is highly desirable.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):**

  • Experience in retail financial services, such as selling loans, EMIs, or insurance.
  • Background in managing large field sales teams or partner networks.
