Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage on-premise and multi-region API setups, including complex API flows. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and efficient API solutions that support diverse business requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Installation and Configuration:
    • Install and configure WSO2 API Manager in on-premise environments for seamless integration.
    • Set up multi-region API deployments for high availability and low latency.
  • Complex API Flow Management:
    • Design and implement advanced API flows, including mediation, routing, and transformations.
    • Integrate APIs with backend systems, databases, and external services for optimal performance.
    • Handle API orchestration and composition for complex business use cases.
  • Multi-Region Configuration:
    • Configure regional API gateways with traffic routing, load balancing, and failover mechanisms for maximum uptime.
    • Ensure API performance optimization and seamless global accessibility.
  • API Security and Governance:
    • Implement advanced security protocols like OAuth2.0, JWT, and SAML to protect sensitive data.
    • Enforce API governance, policies, and lifecycle management for compliance.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
    • Monitor API usage and performance, and troubleshoot multi-region or complex flow issues.
    • Analyze logs to identify and resolve API-related problems for faster resolution.
  • Documentation and Collaboration:
    • Document setup processes, complex flows, and troubleshooting guides for knowledge sharing.
    • Work closely with development teams to understand and implement business requirements.
